PCA transforms correlated traits into independent components capturing most variability, and clustering is performed on these principal components to obtain clearer groups. This HCPC section is built on top of your PCA results.

Label = Treatment / Genotype / Sample / ID / Entry You can rename each label individually (e.g., G1, P1, SampleA, Plot5).
Copy and paste numeric values under Var1, Var2, etc. using Ctrl+V.
After entering data, click “Download CSV” and upload it in the PCA tab.
